Job Description – Telecaller
Position: Telecaller
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.
Explain company services and generate leads.
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain records.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the team.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain daily call reports and update customer databases.
Qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
