Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain life insurance products.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable life insurance plans.
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Address customer queries professionally and provide excellent service.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for policy processing and documentation.
