We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates to join our telesales team. Position: Telesales Executive Key Responsibilities Contact doctors, distributors, retailers, and clients over calls. Generate new business leads and maintain customer relationships. Explain product details and company services to customers. Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales. Maintain daily call records and sales reports. Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for order processing. Requirements Good communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products will be preferred. Experience in telesales, pharma sales, or customer support is an advantage. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM). Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
