Duties and Responsibilities Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through emails or via telephone etc. Help management in forthcoming products and discuss on special promotions. Review own performance and aim at exceeding the targets. Manage sales and client relationships through calls Able to give presentation to the client. Resolving customer issues related to products, post-sale services, maintenance etc. via emails/ over the phone in co-ordination.
