Reliance JIO recently having vacancy of Telesales Executive in Delhi ideal candidates should completed 12th or more to get successfully enrol to job for Call-Center department.
Post/Role: Telesales Executive – Associate
Category: Voice Call – Customer Support
Work Location: Narela Delhi Delhi – Candidate will get assigned nearby JIO customer service point.
Education: 12th pass and Above can apply JIO Job in Delhi
Reporting to : JIO Point Manager
Desired Candidate Profile for JIO job in Delhi:
• Ideal candidate with bit good in talk in local language is good to go.
• Secondly, You should at-least completed 12th or more.
• Freshers and experienced candidate both can apply Reliance Career in Delhi DL
• Prior experience as a Tele caller/sales/marketing or similar will get salary advantage.
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
Job Role at JIO as a Associate Tele Sales Executive Jobs in Delhi:
• Firstly, Attending training sessions to grow knowledge of product and to develop customer service skills.
• Resolving phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email customer inquiries. Processing and logging incoming calls into CRM system.
• Create good relationship with Delhi team members and motivate them to put in their best to work in order to achieve maximum results.
• Evaluate sales records periodically to make balances and ensure that targets are achieved as Delhi wise targets.
• Identifying customer basic needs/requirements.
• Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments of sales Job in Delhi.
• Providing outstanding customer service.
• At all, respond to all customers of Delhi in appropriate tone and language – in Hindi and English language as per customers locality.
