Telesales Executive – NutriDocs (HealthTech)
Location: Rohini Sec-8, Delhi (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
In-hand: Up to ₹35,000 + Performance-Based Incentives
Shift: Rotational Shift & Rotational Week Off

Role Overview
We are hiring a Telesales Executive responsible for handling customer interactions, converting leads into sales, and driving revenue through effective communication. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident on calls and target-driven.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales
Explain NutriDocs’ health and wellness services clearly to customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Requirements
6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales / telecalling / inside sales
Experience in HealthTech, wellness, or fitness industry is a plus
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Strong negotiation and objection-handling ability
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) is mandatory
