Job Description
As an International Sales Executive at Shaadi.com, you will play a crucial role in driving our global sales efforts. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our services to help them find their ideal life partner. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a desire to be part of a leading online matchmaking platform.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate and manage outbound sales calls to potential customers in international markets, promoting Shaadi.com's services and explaining the benefits of our platform.
2. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by actively listening to customer needs, addressing inquiries, and providing relevant information about our services.
3. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of Shaadi.com and convincing potential customers to subscribe to our premium services.
4. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Shaadi.com's features, packages, and competitive advantages to effectively position our offerings in the market.
5. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and report on sales performance regularly.
Qualifications and Skills
1. Minimum of 3 months of experience in telesales or collection Any One
2. Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
4. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
