Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive with tele-calling experience to handle customer interactions and provide excellent support. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls professionally
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
• Provide accurate information about products/services
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required
• Meet daily call quality and performance targets
Requirements:
• Minimum 0.6 to 1 year of experience in customer support or tele-calling
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and Marathi
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
• Customer-focused attitude with patience and empathy
