About the job:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads through outbound telesales calls

2. Explain loan and credit card products to customers

3. Convert prospects into potential sales opportunities

4. Follow up with interested customers regularly

5. Coordinate with the field sales team for closures

6. Maintain customer data and call records

7. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

8. Handle customer queries professionally and effectively
