Reporting to : JIO Point Manager
Desired Candidate Profile for JIO job in Jaipur:
• Ideal candidate with bit good in talk in local language Rajasthani is good to go.
• Secondly, You should at-least completed 12th or more.
• Freshers and experienced candidate both can apply Reliance Career in Jaipur RJ
• Prior experience as a Tele caller/sales/marketing or similar will get salary advantage.
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
Job Role at JIO as a Associate Tele Sales Executive Jobs in Jaipur:
• Firstly, Attending training sessions to grow knowledge of product and to develop customer service skills.
• Resolving phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email customer inquiries. Processing and logging incoming calls into CRM system.
• Create good relationship with Jaipur team members and motivate them to put in their best to work in order to achieve maximum results.
• Evaluate sales records periodically to make balances and ensure that targets are achieved as Rajasthan wise targets.
• Identifying customer basic needs/requirements.
• Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments of sales Job in Jaipur.
• Providing outstanding customer service.
• At all, respond to all customers of Rajasthan in appropriate tone and language – in Rajasthani Hindi and English language as per customers locality.
