Role Description

The Telesales Executive will communicate with potential leads, provide customer service, generate leads, provide customer support, and conduct sales activities. The role involves engaging with clients to drive growth and success in the e-commerce sector.
Qualifications

• Lead Generation and Customer Support Abilities
• Sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Experience in e-commerce or sales-related roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
