Skills:-
1. Should be passionate about Sales.
2. Should be excellent in English & Hindi communication skills and convincing skills.
3. Good Written communication skills in English.
4. Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
5. Generate customer leads by doing cold calling.
6. Close a customer sale and achieve targets quarterly
Desired candidate profile:-
1. Freshers with good communication skills
2. Experienced candidate with a minimum of 6 months of experience in any BPO/Sales Agency
