A digital lead response based handling experience is perferable
generate and schedule promising leads and appointment for the direct sales team
make courteous conversation with the customers and prospective customers over the phone call potential customers to convince them to purchase the company products and services
generate and schedule promising leads and appointment for the direct sales team
ability to follow the telecalling script
accurately record details of interactions with the prospective customers in the format specified
excellent communication skills.compensation and salary would be at par with industry standards +incentives
basic computer knowledge or proficient in mobile applications
repeat business
• Accurately record details of customer's purchase orders and process
customer purchases
• Gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance performance
• Refer customer requests/complaints to designated departments and
follow-up to ensure action has been taken
