Telesales Agent - Full Time

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Jaipur. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and delivering customized solutions to meet customer needs. The representative will also be tasked with achieving sales targets, documenting customer interactions, and participating in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

Strong Communication skills and proficiency in Customer Service
Ability to perform Customer Support and Sales tasks effectively
Experience in conducting Training sessions
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
