Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided contact lists, leads, or referrals.
2. Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers over the phone.
3.Deliver compelling sales pitches to capture customer interest and address their needs effectively.
4.Actively listen to customers and engage in meaningful conversations to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
5.Utilize persuasive sales techniques to overcome objections, handle rejections, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
6.Maintain a customer-centric approach by providing excellent customer service and building long-lasting relationships with potential customers.
7.Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
8.Collaborate with the sales team and sales manager to identify sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications:
1.High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
2.Proven work experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related role is preferred.
3.Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone.
4.Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales.
5.Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
6.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle rejection professionally, and remain motivated.
7. Minimum experience of Telesales Marketing 3 months to 3 Years
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
