We are looking for a highly motivated individual with personality who enjoys talking to homeowners to join our call center. You would be calling a targeted list of homeowners across the USA to schedule a free, no obligation estimate for free design advice on a Warm database. No cold calling or selling involved. This position includes a competitive hourly rate + bonuses as well as cash spiffs paid daily. If you have the gift of communicating with a friendly tone, this job is for you. You must be able to work in our office in Torrance California.
Responsibilities:
· Telemarketing, contacting homeowners and setting appointments
· Processing potential leads
· Updating sales tracking database
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Outstanding customer service skills
· Excellent organization with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently
· Upbeat and friendly and positive attitude and personality
·
Required Experience
· High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
· Minimum 1-year telemarketing experience preferred
· Appointment setting experience preferred
· Knowledge of basic typing and computer skills
