Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Executive. The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for lead generation, customer service, customer support, and sales. The Telemarketing Executive will also be responsible for effective communication with clients over the phone.
Qualifications
Professional certification sales and marketing will be an advantage.
Great interpersonal skills.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
Outstanding problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Hard-working individual.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift : Monday to Saturday
