Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketing Executive role based in Chandler’s Ford. The Telemarketing Executive will make outbound calls to prospective and existing business customers to introduce Aqua’s products and services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. The role includes researching target companies, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and following up on marketing campaigns to convert interest into qualified opportunities. The Telemarketing Executive will handle inbound inquiries, provide clear and professional information, and ensure a positive customer experience. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer service colleagues is expected to refine calling strategies, share feedback from the market, and contribute to continuous improvement of lead-generation activities.
Qualifications
• Strong lead generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and booking appointments.
• Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, with the ability to meet or exceed call and conversion targets.
• Excellent communication abilities, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional telephone etiquette.
• Background in customer service or customer support, with a focus on building rapport and maintaining positive business relationships.
• Comfort using CRM or contact management systems to log activities, update customer data, and track progress.
• Ability to work on-site in Chandler’s Ford, manage time effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
