Key Responsibilities
• Lead Engagement & Conversion: Connect with potential property sellers from our database and generate interest.
• Pitch Openhouse Services: Clearly explain how Openhouse can simplify their real estate transaction process.
• Basic Financial & Pricing Discussions: Assist customers with basic property price calculations, offers, and financing queries.
• Data Management: Accurately update CRM with customer interactions and status.
Who Should Apply?
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, telesales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles (real estate sales is a plus).
✔ Fluent in Hindi and English with excellent communication skills. ✔ Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
✔ Comfortable handling basic mathematical calculations related to property pricing and financing. ✔ Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales. ✔ Prior experience in real estate, fintech, or property tech is a plus.

Experience:
