Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote advertising opportunities in our trade magazine.
• Identify decision-makers and effectively communicate the benefits of advertising with us.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.
• Maintain a database of leads, contacts, and sales activities.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about our products and services to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve sales processes.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in advertising or media industry.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-driven with a passion for achieving targets and goals.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
