Telemarketer/Appointment Setter

Public transport and parking close
Salary range up to $70+ super + bonuses + comm
Work 8.30 am to 5.00 pm or school hours +.00 am to 2.30 pm

This Commercial Cleaning Franchise has been established in Australia for more than 30 years. Having built a name for themselves and being well respected market leaders (Nationally) selling their services, is not difficult. Due to continued growth they’re in need of a motivated Telemarketer/Appointment Setter for their Brisbane office. You will be welcomed with open arms.

This team is small, but mighty and in growth mode. You will be the sole Telemarketer, so you will reap the rewards.
Duties
Qualify leads, schedule appointments and work closely with the Sales team
Engage with potential customers over the phone to educate them about the services on offer
Contact past customers to update details & maintain the CRM system
Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers.
Skills and Experience
Previous exp in either telemarketing/appointment setting/or lead generation is an advantage
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
Passion for providing excellent customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software
