Job Description - Telemarketer
π Location: Swansea (On-site)
π Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities Will Include:
Β· Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using provided directories or databases.
Β· Present and articulate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products / services to potential customers.
Β· Engage with prospects in a professional and persuasive manner, building rapport and trust.
Β· Identify and qualify sales leads, understanding customer needs, and tailoring solutions accordingly.
Β· Address customer enquiries, concerns, and objections effectively and professionally.
Β· Overcome sales obstacles and negotiate terms to secure customer commitment and close sales deals.
Β· Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments, demonstrations, or consultations for qualified leads.
Β· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and lead statuses in the CRM system.
Β· Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation, appointment setting, and sales conversions.
Β· Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with potential customers to nurture relationships and maximise conversion rates.
Β· Stay informed about product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products / services.
Β· Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Required Skills / Experience:
β’ Previous experience in telesales, lead generation or customer engagement (preferred)
β’ Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
β’ A confident and persuasive telephone manner
β’ Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach to sales
β’ Ability to quickly understand customer needs and align solutions
β’ Strong organisation and CRM / database management skills
β’ A team player who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment
