Seeking a qualified candidates for a Telecom Analyst position at our Cleveland Ohio area client.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: The main responsibilities are:
• Manages requests for changes to phones and voice mailboxes.
• Some project planning.
• Work with the caregiver that submits the request to figure out the details of what is needed by the caregiver/department.
• Analyst works with department to design the phones and the call flows needed.
• Information is then converted to the technical details for the technician to program the phones.
• This role also represents telecom in major projects.
Experience, Skills, Knowledge: Top Skills
• Experience with large moves, adds, changes of IP, digital and analog phones.
• Experience in large campus environment
• Good interpersonal skills
• Experience with CS1000 phone programming would be a plus
• Familiarity with Cisco UCM phone programming would be a plus
Location: Initial training is onsite in Cleveland Ohio and also may have limited local travel between facilities. Remote work available after training. Schedule will be Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM EST.
