We are hiring a Telecalling / Telesales Executive for one of our associated organization. The role involves managing lead follow-ups, driving sales through telecalling, and actively supporting day-to-day administrative activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Telecalling & Sales
• Make outbound calls and follow up with leads
• Generate and convert leads into sales
• Maintain accurate lead records and updates
Administrative Activities
• Handle daily administrative tasks and coordination
• Maintain and organize office records and documents
• Support internal team operations and reporting

Social Media & Digital Handling
• Manage social media pages
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Support online presence improvement

E-Commerce Management
• Handle product listings on Amazon & Flipkart
• Monitor orders and customer responses

Accounts Support
• Maintain basic accounts (expenses & revenue)
• Assist in simple financial record keepingRequirements:
• Good communication skills (English & local language)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
• Ability to multitask efficiently

Preferred Skills:
• Telecalling / Telesales experience
