Job Description
As a telecalling intern at Asia Pacific Systems, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of sales and marketing. Your role will involve reaching out to potential clients through phone calls and emails and showcasing our products and services to them. Your proficiency in MS Excel will be essential for keeping track of leads and customer interactions. Your excellent spoken English skills will allow you to effectively communicate with clients and address their queries. Additionally, your knowledge of email marketing will be utilized to create engaging campaigns to attract new customers.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients and introducing them to our products
• Sending personalized emails to follow up with leads and nurture relationships
• Using MS-Excel to keep track of leads, conversions, and customer feedback
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute email marketing campaigns
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any questions or concerns
• Meeting daily and weekly targets for calls made and leads generated
• Reporting on key metrics and performance indicators to track progress and optimize strategies
