JOB SUMMARRY:

We’re looking for a bright, talented, hard-working professional who has a passion for the tele calling to join our department to improve sales by reaching out more clients. To this end, the telecaller is required for obtaining list of individuals information, and to source data of the targeted audience. The telecaller is responsible to make a cold call,either to get information or to the company’s service. The goal-oriented telecaller can convince even toughest individuals to take benefits of services provided by us. We are hiring those candidates who are willing to work from office

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Obtaining and updating list of individuals contact details.

Calling active and budding clients to encourage them to our services.

Addressing clients’ uncertainties, grievances and suggestions on time.

Noting down the important details of the conversations.

Attending Team meetings to improve performance related aspects.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Proficiency English and Hindi language.

Minimum 12th Pass.

Ability to learn things easily and fast

.Research, record-keeping and interpersonal skills

.Ability to handle pressure for the betterment of the company.

Computer Knoweledge.Candidate willing to start their career may apply for this job.
