Telecaller

As a Tele Sales, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the BANK.
Contact customers to promote offers or to set up appointments and support Business.

Responsibilities:
• Understanding the products and services offered by the company.
• Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same.
• Calling existing and potential customers to update them about the recent launches.
• Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently.
• Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.
• Taking and processing customers' orders in a professional manner.
• Answering to customers' questions in regards to products and services.
• Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
• Calling customers and updating them about the company's products, services, or new launches
• Questioning customers to understand their requirements and preferences
• Fulfilling the monthly and yearly sales target
• Directing potential sales leads to the Sales Representatives
• Maintaining a record of day-to-day calls and sales activities
• Assisting the Sales department in planning and implementing effective sales strategies.
