Job Brief:-
We're looking for a Tele Caller who is passionate about customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, answering inbound calls from customers, and providing excellent customer service.
Duties:-
Identify, qualify, and refer potential clients to appropriate sales representatives for sales opportunities or to appropriate departments for information about products or services.
Input customer information into the computer and verbally relay information to sales representatives regarding customer sales opportunities.
Record customer contacts, sales information, and other information about products and services
Communicate with sales representatives regarding customer calls.
Responsibilities:-
Making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our Algo Trading Software and promote its features
Scheduling sales meetings and follow-up calls Responding to customer inquiries and providing support
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Achieving monthly sales targets
Requirements and Skills:-
Proven experience as a Sales Tele Caller or similar role.
Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service.
Identifying customer needs and suggesting suitable products.
Keeping up to date with the latest product information.
Following up on customer inquiries and orders.
Resolving customer complaints and answering customer questions.
Updating customer information in the system.
Assisting in the planning and implementation of sales campaigns.
Participating in sales meetings and providing feedback.
Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
