Handling enquiries / incoming calls for admissions
• Answer the questions of parents/admission enquiries over the telephone
• Generating 5-10 admissions leads per day
• Maintaining the record of daily walk-ins and doing the followups with them
• Set appointments with prospective parents based
• Maintain the record of all the leads along with remarks and feedback
• Daily basis reporting and discussion with Center Head/Team Leader with proper feedback
• Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
• Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
• Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
