Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Ahmedabad. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, answering incoming inquiries, and providing detailed information about our education and migration services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive personality, and a strong customer service orientation. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential clients to inform them about our services. • Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional manner. • Provide accurate information about educational opportunities and migration services offered by PFEC Global. • Maintain a detailed database of all client interactions and follow-up activities. • Schedule appointments for potential clients to meet with our consultants. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as set by the management. • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address client questions and concerns. • Follow up with clients via phone calls or emails to ensure their needs are met and to encourage positive engagement. • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in any field. • At least 1-year experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
