Responsibilities:
• Cold calling: Having a quick interaction with the candidates given by the team and understanding the quality of them.
• Phone screening: Going through the phone screening for better understanding of the candidates and helping them to understand the job roles and requirements.
• Follow up : Having continuous follow up with the candidates and ensuring that they get to understand more about the organization.
• Conversion : Be responsible in converting the qualified candidates to come for the onsite onboarding.
• Team work : You will be responsible for coordinating with the onboarding team to help the qualified car care partners have smooth onboarding. Also, closely work with the team lead for better lead conversion.
• Report generation : Playing a vital part in the report generation as a part of a partner success team. Helping the operation team to understand the estimated number of onboards to have better forecasts in the supply of the organization.

Must Have:
• Candidates who love to interact with a lot of people will be preferred.
• Experience in blue collar hiring for 1-3 years is a must.
• Experience in hyperlocal blue collar hiring is an added advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills having interest in hiring candidates will also be considered
