Telecaller in Delhi

Key Responsibilities
• Making Promotional Calls: Telecallers will reach out to potential visitors and attendees to inform them about the trade fair, its benefits, and why they should participate.
• Updating the Database: After each call, telecallers must accurately update the database with the responses received, including interest level, follow-up actions needed, and any specific requests or concerns expressed by the contacts.
• Sending Follow-Up Emails: Based on the conversations, telecallers will send personalized follow-up emails with detailed information about the trade fair, registration links, and any other relevant materials.

• 6 hours shift.
• Timing: 8 am to 2 pm; 2 pm to 8 pm; 8 pm to 2 pm
