This is a full-time role for a Telecaller at an Aesthetic Clinic located in OMR, Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads to generate appointments for the clinic.
• Increase patient footfall through lead follow-up, cold calling, and other outreach activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and engagement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the database.
• Collect patient feedback and communicate insights to the clinic team to support service improvements.
• Coordinate effectively with doctors, reception staff, and management to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Achieve appointment booking and conversion targets.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and work collaboratively as part of a team.
