Should handle & convince customers through calls, for CCTV SECURITY SALES & SERVICE
Proper Customer handling
Maintaining of Enqury Reports.
Continuous customer follow up with proper reminders
Scheduling calls & prioritize work flow
Multi tasking – need to enter notes in CRM while calling simultaneously
Knowledge in working with any online/offline CRM
Basic knowledge of Excel and word is must
