We are a fast-growing online store specializing in Vinyl Records, Vintage Music Collections & Collectibles. We cater to passionate music lovers and collectors across India, offering rare and classic LPs.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a confident and passionate Telecaller / Client Handling Executive who can connect with customers, build relationships, and drive sales through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential and existing customers to promote vinyl records and offers
Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp & messages
Convert leads into sales by explaining product value (rarity, condition, editions, etc.)
