Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
• *

Attend to incoming customer inquiries and resolve them efficiently.
• *

Maintain a professional and positive tone in all conversations.
• *

Record details of customer interactions accurately into the system.
• *

Meet daily and monthly call targets as assigned.
• *

Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
• *

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources.
• *

Escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• *

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
• *

Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or local regional language.
• *

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• *

Friendly and confident phone manner.
• *

Ability to handle rejections and remain calm under pressure.
• *

Willingness to learn and grow in the customer service domain.
• Experience:
• *

Freshers are welcome.
• *

Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or BPO will be an added advantage.
• Working Hours:
• *

Rotational Shifts – Day and Evening Shifts available.
• *

6 Days Working, 1 Day Weekly Off
• *

Shift timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (depending on process)
• *

Flexible work-from-home options available for selected candidates.
