Job description - Tele caller / Sales executiveCounseling students about various test prep courses such as GRE, GMAT, SAT, IELTS, TOEFL, PTE and admissions services, etc. representing the test prep products at partner colleges and completing designated sales tasks representing kiosks at partner universities/colleges and counseling students about the test prep planning and working for batch launch on test prep courses at the center preparing student data and counseling students over the phone responsible for the monthly target in both admissions and test prep generate students walk-in to the institute for test prep and admissions ADMISSION COUNSELOR To advise potential students on education opportunities in Australia, USA, UK, New Zealand, Canada, and Europe. To advise students on the university application procedures, visa application process, help students in applying for various scholarships and accommodation. To prepare students for their studies abroad and provide timely support in the entire admission process. Maintain and manage the application database at all times and keep them updated. To provide all the required administrative support to all the departments at all times and adhere to strict guidelines while performing the same. Undertaking project work as decided by the office manager, senior heads, or the director of Indian operations and attending the university training workshops. To verify all the required documents for admission and visas and adhere to strict guidelines of the application procedures.
