Job Responsibility:
We are hiring a dynamic and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain products or services and answer customer questions.
Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales.
Requirements:
Good communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain positive.
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Fluent in English and Hindi.
