Tele Sales Officer - Loan Sales
Sales Location:
District Center, Janakpuri West, New Delhi.
Summary:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Tele Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team.
The Tele Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and promoting our loan products over the phone.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a customer-centric approach to drive loan sales and contribute to the growth of our business.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our loan products and services.
Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding of customer needs.
Maintain a consistent and organized record of lead information and interactions in the CRM system.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and conversion rates to maximize results.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role, preferably in the financial or lending industry.
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone.
Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with loan products, lending practices, and financial terminology is a plus
