Job Description
we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage our Tele sales team of 10.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Tele sales representatives to achieve set sales targets and KPIs
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to improve their sales performance
Conduct regular sales training sessions to keep the team up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Qualifications:
Proven track record of leading and managing a Tele sales team
Experience in training and developing sales teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies based on insights
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Results-driven and customer-focused approach
