Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Handle 70+ calls per day (inbound/outbound) with prospective customers
Explain product offerings clearly and drive conversions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/sheets
Follow up with leads and ensure closure within defined timelines
Adhere to call quality, compliance, and performance metrics
Requirements
Good communication skills in English/Hindi is mandatory
Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment
Ability to work in a target-driven setup
Work Setup
Work From Office - Delhi location
6 days work week ( 5 days from Office +1 day WFH)
Must have:
Personal laptop
Stable Wi-Fi connection
Key Expectations
Consistent attendance and availability during working hours (as per team requirement)
Ability to handle rejection and maintain call quality
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Incentives will be provided based on performance achievement of 100-200 sales target closures only
Selection Criteria
Language fluency assessment - English Hindi and any regional languages (Marathi/Malayalam/Kannada/Tamil /Bengali )
2 Interview rounds

Eligibility

Any Graduate's having 2- 3 yrs experience in Tele Sales from Healthcare companies
