Title: Tele-sales Associate
FRESHERS WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION CAN APPLY
Contract: 6 months extendable contract on third party payroll; Kelly Services, renewable on performance basis
Location: Andheri(E), Mumbai
Working days: 5 days
Working time: General
Salary: 15k to 25k in hand
Freshers and experienced candidates
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Contact potential customers to inform them about a product using scripts
Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling
Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them
Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets in accordance with goals
Creating and updating activity reports
Answers Customer Questions About Products Or The Company
Ask Questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Enter and update customer information in the database
Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
The Tele-sales Associate should be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
High level of business and commercial acumen to spot business opportunities
High level of professional selling skills, so as to persuade and influence
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone system
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Result oriented
Team player
