As a Telemarketing Executive at The Blu Canton, you will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our products/services, and ultimately driving sales through outbound calls. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products/services.
Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and active listening.
Build and maintain a strong understanding of our products/services to effectively convey their features and benefits.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Record and update customer information in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads.
Qualifications:

Graduation in any technical field.
Proven experience in telemarketing or sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is a plus.
