Tele Calling Executive

Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities through cold calling/emailing.
Provide accurate information regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
Keep detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
