We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
Explain products/services and answer customer queries
Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team
Maintain call records and update CRM systems
Follow up with customers for feedback or further communication
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (verbal and listening)
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to handle rejection and remain patient
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Time management and multitasking abilities
Eligibility Criteria:
Any graduate / undergraduate
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
Fluency in [English / Tamil / Hindi /telugu ]
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales (optional)
Familiarity with sales processes
