Job Summary:

The Telecaller will be responsible for making and receiving calls to customers within the domestic and international markets. This role involves promoting products or services, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to generate sales or gather information.
Conduct market surveys and gather customer feedback.
Inbound Calls:
Handle inbound calls from customers regarding product information, service issues, or other inquiries.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries promptly.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Update customer information in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Sales and Promotion:
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Provide product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and transactions.
Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, sales, and customer feedback.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Compliance and Procedures:
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection and privacy guidelines.
Follow the script and guidelines provided for calls.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company updates, and industry trends.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and feedback sessions.
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills, both in English and the local language(s).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
Good listening skills and attention to detail.
Attributes:
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Work Environment:

Typically office-based, with a possibility of remote work depending on the company policy.
May require working in shifts to accommodate international time zones.
