Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketer located in Ahmedabad (Makarba).
The Telemarketer will be responsible for:
• Making outbound calls to potential clients
• Scheduling appointments for product demos
• Maintaining accurate records of interactions
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries
• Supporting sales initiatives and campaigns
• Building rapport with salon owners and key decision-makers
• Meeting targeted call and conversion goals
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to maximize outreach

Qualifications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in appointment scheduling and maintaining records
• Strong customer service orientation and persuasive sales skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Goal-driven and focused on achieving targets
• Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus
• High School Diploma (12th Pass) or equivalent
