Tele Caller Job Description:
• Generate Sales and interact with prospective customers through modes like Mail, Phone, Chat etc.
• Communication Skills Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
• To identify the portfolio and requirements of the prospective customers.
• The candidate should have good communication skills, ability to think on their feet, be hard working, self-motivated and should be willing to work in a highly result oriented environment and a team player.
• Multilingual fluency is an added advantage.
• Candidates Should be innovative/ Should be courteous, professional and polite. -
• Should be very confident and presentable
• Must be able to speak in English,Hindi & Bengali
