Tele caller for Insurance BPO

A Tele Caller in the US Trucking Insurance Voice Process is responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and providing information about insurance products and services.

The primary goal of this role is to engage prospective customers, pre-qualify them for better offers, and convert them into buying prospects.

Tele Callers play a crucial role in the sales and marketing efforts of insurance companies, helping to expand their customer base and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases of due renewals.
• Pre-qualify the customers with a set of questions provided to you by us.
• Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the customer's insurance needs and preferences.
• Answer questions about insurance coverage, policies, premiums, and other related information.
• Overcome objections and address concerns that prospects may have.
• Collect and verify accurate customer information for lead qualification.
• Maintain a detailed record of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead conversion, and appointment setting.
• Stay updated with insurance industry trends, products, and regulations.
• Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
• Adhere to ethical standards and compliance guidelines in all interactions.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.
• Familiarity with insurance concepts and terminology is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone voice.
• Strong interpersonal skills and establish trust with potential customers.
• Ability to handle objections and rejection gracefully.
• Basic computer skills to navigate CRM systems and maintain accurate records.
