Job Description
Responsibilities:
Should handle the telemarketing activities of the company
Responsible for telemarketing for brand promotion and subscription sign-up
Daily Follow-up to the inquiries should be done without negligence
Detail oriented and can meet deadlines comfortably
Cold calling and Lead generation
Give a basic sales pitch of services to the customers
Answering any queries quickly and efficiently
Building excellent client relations over the phone
Ability to work with minimum supervision in a busy environment
Accurately maintaining records of all calls & customer details
Maintain MIS reports in Excel and Spreadsheet
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating them
Coordinate with various team members across the business for various business and operation functions
Graduate/ Non-Graduate
